We are excited to offer an Enrichment Program for Home School Families! Our enrichment co-op is designed to supplement and enrich your family's homeschool program. We do not provide core academic instruction. Parents remain responsible for teaching and overseeing core subjects such as math, language arts, science, and history at home.
Co-op will meet once a week on Tuesdays starting after Labor Day!
Our Co-Op will primarily serve grades 1st - 12th.
We will have a preK class for 4 - 5 year olds.
We do offer nursery for ages birth - 3 years old

Co-Op Fees:

$25 Registration Fee (secures spot for the year)
$15 Tech Fee (this helps with maintaining our app) - Tuition per Family:
OPTION ONE:
Tuition For Families with ANY children PreK – 12th Grade (age 4 - age 18)
$750 per family (for the year)
Can be broken into payments: $125 per family/per month (Sept, Oct, Nov & Feb, March, April)
*This cost is for families with any children 4 years old and beyond, and will be using curriculum that is purchased. Our Tuition is set up by FAMILIES, not individually. This cost per family, regardless of how many children are included.
OPTION 2:
Tuition For Families with ONLY children who are Birth - 3 years old
$300 per family (for the year)
Can be broken into payments: $50 per family/per month
(Sept, Oct, Nov & Feb, March, April)
*This rate is only available if your family does not yet have an older school age child. Our Tuition is set up by FAMILIES, not individually. This cost per family, regardless of how many children are included. - Additional costs including, but not limited to, supplies for handicrafts, cleaning supplies, paper supplies, and/or field trips may be added later.

What is a Peacemaker?
Peacemakers help maintain a smooth and safe environment by assisting students during transitions, helping children find their classrooms, monitoring hallways, and ensuring students remain where they are scheduled to be.
Can I choose which role I serve in?
We strive to place parents in roles that match their gifts, experience, and preferences whenever possible. Final assignments are made based on the needs of the co-op.
Do I have to teach a class?
Not necessarily. While many parents teach, there are other valuable ways to serve, including classroom assistance, Peacemaker duties, and administrative support.

No. Students will bring their own lunch and snack each week.
Do parents need to be members of the church?
No. Church membership is not required to participate. However, all families must agree to abide by the co-op's policies, statement of faith, and code of conduct.

No. We are a homeschool enrichment co-op. Parents retain full responsibility for their children's education and legal homeschool requirements.
Are younger siblings allowed?
Yes. We will provide a nursery for younger siblings to attend.
What behavior is expected?
Students and parents are expected to treat others with kindness, respect, and Christ-like character. We strive to foster a culture of encouragement, responsibility, and mutual respect.
Can my child attend if they have special learning needs?
We desire to serve as many families as possible. Please contact leadership before registration so we can discuss your child's needs and determine whether our co-op can provide an appropriate learning environment.
What happens if we miss a week?
Attendance is encouraged because classes often build upon previous lessons. Tuition is semester based and refunds will not be given for missed weeks.
Is there a registration fee?
Registration fees, supply fees, and tuition will be announced before each enrollment period.
How do I register?
Registration information, deadlines, and class selections will be available on our website during open enrollment periods.
Are background checks required?
Yes. Any adult serving in a teaching, classroom assistance, nursery, or leadership role may be required to complete a background check in accordance with church policies.

What is your weather cancellation policy?
We follow Paulding County School district for closures due to weather. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, leadership will communicate cancellations or schedule changes through our parent app.

Families are expected to dress modestly and appropriately for an educational environment. Additional guidelines may be outlined in the Parent Handbook.

Can grandparents or guardians fulfill volunteer responsibilities?
Yes. A grandparent, legal guardian, or designated adult may fulfill volunteer responsibilities when approved by leadership and after completing any required screening procedures.

Mid-year enrollment may be available depending on class capacity and scheduling. Please contact leadership for current openings.
